Abtrace is a health tech company based in London that brings together software engineering and clinical innovation to build medical algorithms to support primary care clinicians.
The team is dedicated to creating digital health software to deliver Population Health interventions individualized to patients. This involves the continuous scanning of the entire health record of a patient to detect signals of deterioration, early onset of new disease and opportunities for preventative interventions.
We work with over 600 primary care practices covering 5.5 million patients.
What you'll do:
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the primary care sector.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with GP practices and healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting the benefits of Abtrace’s platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously expanding your network within the NHS.
- Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare policies, and competitor activities to position Abtrace as a market leader.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare or digital health sector, with a focus on primary care or NHS clients.
- Strong understanding of primary care challenges and the healthcare landscape.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
- Experience selling digital health or health tech solutions to NHS or primary care clients.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of primary care workflows and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
