Who we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Min 3 years experience in financial audit, controlling, or head of finance roles (previous experience in VC/PE is a bonus).
  • Highly analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from team members to management as well as to portfolio companies.
  • Quick learner, able to work under pressing deadlines and change priorities.
  • Strong strategic judgment, business competence, and professional ethics.
  • Proficient user of Excel/GoogleSheets and PowerPoint/GoogleSlides.
  • Full working proficiency in English is required.

What you’ll do:

  • Financial Management and Internal Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial planning, and budgeting for the Management Company and its Funds. Oversee the analysis of financial execution and performance for both the Management Company and its Funds.
  • Fund’s Finance & Reporting: Financial planning and execution of the Fund’s financial strategy (capital calls, capital distributions, portfolio valuation, etc.). Ensure timely and precise external reporting to investors, regulatory bodies, depositary bank, auditors, and other relevant third parties.
  • Internal Analysis and Insights: Conduct regular and thorough analysis of internal data, portfolio data, and business metrics. Identify and communicate trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Audit and Annual Reports: Manage the annual audit process and deliver the Annual Reports for the Management Company and its Funds.
  • Portfolio Support: Provide support and mentoring on financial matters to portfolio companies.
