About Us: Hefring Marine is an Icelandic marine software company based in Reykjavík that was established out of research into the dynamic behaviors of high-speed boats. Our flagship product, IMAS, is an AI-driven vessel navigation aid and monitoring system that enhances safety, fuel efficiency and vessel sustainability. The system provides operators of small vessels and boats with real-time decision support to optimize safety, fuel efficiency and sustainability, while collecting and transmitting all vessel data to the IMAS Console cloud for monitoring and analysis, alerts and reporting. We currently have customers internationally in rescue, defense, law enforcement, crew transfer, fisheries, pilotage, tourism, and leisure.
