About The Role

Meight is looking for a creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and support marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media. The role offers tons of flexibility, a chance to grow your career, and work in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join us for 6 months, if you achieve the desired performance, you will have the chance to continue at Meight, with a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.

• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.

• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, events, and other promotional activities that drive engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:

• You have graduated with a bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled in a master’s in business administration, marketing, communication sciences, media management, or a related field.

• Creativity and an affinity for social media.

• Interest in the latest marketing trends and digital opportunities, such as AI-supported campaigns etc.

• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Base Salary:

    • Educational Level 6: 1 149,50 €

    • Educational Level 7: 1 254,00 €

    • Educational Level 8: 1 358,50 €

    • Meal Allowance
