Meight is a seed-stage tech startup based in Portugal that just raised €3.5 million to make a dent in the Road Freight industry. We’re building the first OS for Trucking Intelligence, a vertical software solution for Road Freight carriers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to own the execution of software integration projects, define workflows, and keep timelines on track. You will act as the operational bridge between engineering teams, product, and our integration partners. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on deliverables, while also serving as a professional point of contact with stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end software integration projects, from scoping through delivery.

  • Define and document workflows, processes, and requirements to align technical and business goals.

  • Build and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.

  • Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating when necessary.

  • Act as the main company point of contact for project-related discussions with integration partners.

  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, and follow-up actions to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to align priorities, track deliverables, and drive accountability.

  • Continuously improve workflows and identify process optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in software integration, SaaS, or B2B technology.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, software development workflows, and integration projects.

  • Excellent organizational and timeline management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with technical teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, Notion).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving accountability across teams.

    Nice to have:

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or industries such as logistics, supply chain, or freight tech.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make, Workato).

Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
