Meight | Connect, automate, and grow road freight business with our intuitive online platform.

Logistics is a $5 trillion global market that works completely offline. Many businesses in this industry continue to rely on outdated software that fails to meet their requirements, often resorting to using pen and paper processes and phone calls.

Meight is the new secret superpower for Road Freight, it takes care of everything from booking and dispatch to route-planning, live tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Our cloud-based system makes smart decisions that save time, fuel, and money. Say goodbye to Excel, emails, phone calls, and paperwork. Say hello to Meight.

Meight is a seed-stage tech startup based in Portugal that just raised €3.5 million to make a dent in the Road Freight industry. We’re building the first OS for Trucking Intelligence, a vertical software solution for Road Freight carriers.

Job Summary:

Own customer implementations and integrations end to end. You will translate complex ERP and systems-integration requirements into clear plans, coordinate across customers, integration partners, and engineering, and drive projects to on-time, high-quality go-lives. This role blends project management rigor with hands-on customer success and technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation and integration projects from scoping to go-live.

  • Translate complex ERP and integration requirements into simple, customer-facing language and actionable internal specifications.

  • Define, document, and continuously improve workflows and processes that align technical and business goals.

  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Proactively surface blockers and drive resolution.

  • Act as the main company point of contact for project-related discussions with customers and integration partners.

  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, and executive-ready communications to all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with engineering and product to align priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure accountability on deliverables.

  • Execute and refine customer success playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

  • Establish iterative feedback loops with product managers to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs.

  • Measure and report on key success metrics and OKRs for implementations and post-go-live health.

  • Mentor and collaborate with teammates, sharing best practices for implementations and stakeholder management.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 4–7 years in customer-facing implementation, project management, or customer success roles in SaaS or B2B technology.

  • Hands-on experience with ERPs and integrations: understanding of API-based integrations, webhooks, data mapping, and typical ERP flows.

  • Proficiency with integration platforms or workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato) and familiarity with iPaaS concepts.

  • Strong project management skills: building timelines, managing dependencies, and running standups and status cadences.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Notion.

  • Excellent communication: able to translate technical details into clear, simple guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder management: confident interfacing with customer PMs, executives, partner engineers, and internal teams.

  • Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or industries like logistics, supply chain, or freight tech.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful customer implementations with measurable outcomes.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including stock options.

  • Flexible, remote-friendly working environment (within Europe).

  • Opportunity to shape processes and have direct impact in a fast-growing startup.

  • A collaborative, supportive team committed to transforming the road freight industry.
