Requirements Who you areWe're on the lookout for a Design Specialist to join our dynamic Innovation and Sustainability team and make the Mitiga brand shine. As a multitasking wizard, you're passionate about building scalable design systems and providing the best digital experiences to users.We're looking for someone who loves taking on new challenges and is always on the lookout for ways to improve processes and practices. You have an eye for detail and visuals trends and you've honed your skills over at least 3 years of professional experience in an agency or on the client side. Experience working on science or technology-related projects is a big plus.You have good communications skills in English (Spanish is a plus) to be able to work efficiently with our international team and with local vendors in Spain. You're proficient with Figma and the Adobe Suite of products and have an aptitude for learning new software and systems, including Canva. Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere, AE...) or CSS-HTML is also a plus.If you're someone who loves turning cutting-edge technical concepts into efficient and distinctive visual experiences, we'd love to hear from you! What You Will Do Elevate our brand: working with our marketing and communications team, you'll be responsible for building and guarding our brand systems across all of our company channels: digital, print, video. Make something people will love: you’ll use your creative skills to design ads, social media visuals, presentations, white papers, reports, infographics, and templates for our other team members to work from. You’ll also provide ongoing user interface support for a number of digital and offline projects (online newsletters).You will also have the opportunity to make our product demos and other video material shine. Keep us current: maintain the visual side of our website in top shape. Ensure that layouts, images and animations are pixel perfect and on-brand. Apply design research to tackle complex problems in visual ways: in collaboration with an UX Designer, a Data Viz Guru, and Market Researcher, you’ll help translate complex and technical thoughts into accessible visuals that are worth 1,000 words.If this looks like you, we can't wait to see your portfolio & CV.
