Your Impact

As the Head of Partnerships at Mitiga, you will lead our Partnerships team and play a critical role in shaping and executing our commercial partner strategy. This senior position involves driving the growth of our business by closing, developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the adoption and sales of our EarthScan platform and services. You will work closely with executive leadership and various internal teams to ensure our partners are empowered to deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Partnerships at Mitiga, the main responsibilities for the role are:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall partnership strategy in alignment with Mitiga's business goals. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that drive growth and market expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the Partnerships team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, resellers, and strategic alliances. Act as the primary point of contact for high-level partner interactions.
  • Performance Optimization: Work with partners to optimize their performance and ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed. Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness and implement improvement strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine and optimize our go-to-market strategy. Provide critical insights and feedback to enhance our market positioning and product offerings.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective partner management and the development of joint business plans. Set and achieve partnership-related revenue targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
