Who you are

Drive the product marketing strategy so more companies have the right data to act on their climate riskassessment! We seek an experienced Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead the sales enablement, portfolio architecture, go-to-market initiatives among other activities. You are data-oriented, flexible and have a high sense of ownership.

Your Experience & Impact

Your role as a Senior Product Marketing Manager will be critical in driving Mitiga’s growth through Thought Leadership and building structures where the business can develop further its marketability capabilities.

  • Strategise, plan and implement projects and programs that serve as a springboard for marketability and growth.
  • Act as the connector from the marketing team with the product, science, strategy, sales, partnerships and customer success teams, influencing the product roadmap to shape launch cadence and pushing the marketing strategy upstream into key product and business decisions.
  • Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for a given product, and ensuring that is well-tuned to growth goals and product roadmap.
  • Thought leader that will guide execution against these plans. Thrives in ambiguity while keeping focus and knowing where to go and what needs to be done quickly and decisively.
  • Troubleshoot, execute and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of marketing.
  • Provide marketing reporting back to the leadership team and be a strong voice in the room to represent the customer’s and partner's needs.
