Who you are
We are looking for a hands-on IT Security Manager to take ownership of our securityand IT environment as we continue to scale.
This is a high-impact role where you will lead security initiatives, ensure compliance, andbuild a secure and scalable IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and play a key role in shaping the company’s security strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve IT infrastructure, end-user systems, and support services across the company
- Lead ISO 27001 compliance efforts, including controls, policies, audits, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure all company devices are secure, compliant, patched, and properly managed
- Manage identity and access controls across all systems and platforms
- Administer and optimize security tools such as Falcon, Darktrace, Trivy, and Microsoft 365 security stack
- Conduct supplier security reviews and support customer tenders, audits, and security questionnaires
- Promote a strong security culture across the organization
- Support the growth and scalability of the IT & Security function
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Security or Information Security roles
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 frameworks and compliance processes
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud environments
- Experience managing and optimizing security tools and monitoring systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
