Role overview
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across large enterprise accounts within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
You will play a key role in driving strategic growth across enterprise accounts within the infrastructure and energy sectors, building long-term relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
You will play a key role in helping organizations understand the operational and financial impact of climate risk, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments, building credibility with technical buyers, and managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
This role is ideally based in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts within infrastructure, energy, utilities, and related sectors.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting trough negotiation and closing.
- Engage with technical and executive stakeholders including engineers, operators, risk teams, CTOs, CIOs, CROs, and asset managers.
- Translate highly technical climate-risk concepts into tangible business and operational value.
- Build trusted long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Understand customer operational constraints and business priorities to shape tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Science, Strategy, and Customer Value teams.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and help refine messaging for enterprise customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning.
- Stay informed on industry trends, infrastructure resilience, energy transition, and climate-risk regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience closing complex enterprise deals in highly technical or infrastructure-related environments.
- Strong exposure to industries such as Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Critical systems, Data centers, Industrial technology, Climatetech, or engineering-heavy environments.
- Ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Experience navigating long and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments without rigid playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into renewable energy, grid operators, or infrastructure investors.
- Familiarity with climate risk, sustainability, or resilience-related solutions.
- Additional European languages.
