About Us

Mitiga Solutions is a climate-risk analytics company helping infrastructure operators, energy companies, and financial institutions understand the physical and financial impact of a changing climate on their assets and operations.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us build and execute the strategy that drives inbound demand generation. You’ll manage a small team of external partners, and get your hands dirty across every channel -- all while keeping a clear eye on what moves the needle.

Lead generation is the heartbeat of this role. But you’ll also shape how Mitiga shows up in the market: our messaging, our brand, our content, and the campaigns that bring it all together. You’ll be marketing to technically sophisticated buyers in infrastructure, energy, and financial services — so the ability to translate complex science into clear commercial value is essential.

What You’ll Do

Lead generation & demand generation

  • Own the full-funnel: build and optimise multi-channel lead gen programmes (paid, organic, outbound, partnerships, events).
  • Refine our existing ICP across infrastructure, energy, and financial sector audiences, and align marketing activity to revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the AE and BDR functions to convert inbound leads and build outbound campaigns
  • Track, report, and continuously improve conversion metrics across the funnel

Strategy & brand

  • Support our go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Help shape Mitiga’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition in our website, translating climate-risk capabilities into concrete value for operational, risk, and sustainability buyers

Content & campaigns

  • Plan and oversee content that attracts and converts: thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, email, social, webinars
  • Stay current on developments in climate-risk regulation, energy transition, and infrastructure resilience — and use that knowledge to create content that resonates
  • Run campaigns from brief to execution to post-mortem

Team & external partner management

  • Manage and develop a small in-house marketing team member
  • Brief, direct, and hold accountable an external agency and freelancers (design, SEO, paid media, etc.)
  • Act as the connective tissue between all marketing contributors — keeping quality high and priorities clear

Stakeholder communication

  • Report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and strategic priorities to the executive team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Science, and Partnerships, translating business goals into marketing action

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • 8+ years in marketing, with meaningful time spent at a startup or scale-up
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation
  • Experience marketing technically complex products to sophisticated buyers (engineers, risk analysts, operations or finance teams)
  • Hands-on experience running paid and organic acquisition channels
  • Comfortable managing agencies and freelancers: writing briefs, reviewing work, keeping things on track
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a strong plus; other European languages welcome)
  • Equally comfortable presenting to C-suite as you are jumping into a campaign dashboard
  • Entrepreneurial by nature: you spot gaps, propose solutions, and move without being told

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in or genuine curiosity about climate risk, energy, infrastructure, or sustainability
  • Experience in climate tech, ESG, data/analytics SaaS, or a related sector
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush
  • Experience building a marketing function or team from scratch
