The Role
At RESONIKS, we are redefining how manufacturers achieve quality, reliability, and efficiency through advanced acoustic-based NDT and real-time resonance analytics. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can lead complex customer projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of RESONIKS solutions across global manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for major manufacturing clients.
  • Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, deployment, and sales teams.
  • Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Support process improvements and internal project-management standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, automotive, electronics, or robotics.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience delivering complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of production environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong command of English; Finnish and German are an added advantages.
