Your mission
Improve the quality of Smartex.ai products and customer support, by reducing the amount of bugs/problems reaching production and speeding the development process.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a QA Engineer for Mobile and Web page to maintain and improve code quality by completing product and system compliance, investigating customer complaints, and overall improvement of companies' workflows, processes, and response times.
As a QA Engineer for Mobile and Web page at Smartex.ai, you will be testing our solution, identifying problems, and interfacing with the product and development teams to find and implement solutions in a timely manner in order to offer the best experience to the end-users.
Responsibilities
Test current products and identify deficiencies
Create automated test using Javascript.
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Help planning and participate in the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product team to ensure consistent project execution
Collect quality data and identify key KPIs for product quality
Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional experience Javascript test automation - (JEST, playwright, Cypress).
Knowledge of Linux and scripting (bash, shell, Python)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be customer-focused and results-driven
Passion for troubleshooting, ability to come up with efficient solutions for product issues
Nice to Have: Embedded Systems (basic)
Fluency in English and Portuguese; Extra points for fluency in Italian and/or Turkish
Extra points for experience in the Textile industry or other manufacturing activities.
Extra points if have some experience with Python.
