Our mission is to revolutionize the autonomous digitization of underwater structures, ensuring that our international clients can perform their tasks more efficiently and safely than ever before.

To strengthen our team we are looking for YOU as: Business Developer (m/f/x)

Your Role

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships, and acquire new customers to strategically grow the business
  • Manage the sales process related to the products (within XRM)
  • Represent Subdron at targeted customer visits and international conferences
  • Deliver product knowledge and tailored demonstrations
  • Strategically plan and implement international marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
  • Support the business team with industry insights for positioning with target customers
  • Create tailored sales decks for different customer types
  • Oversee brand management and marketing communications strategies

Your Profile

  • 2+ years experience in sales in the maritime industry, preferred from underwater inspection
  • Experience with or affinity for operating technological hardware such as drones, robots, or other autonomous systems is a plus
  • Innovative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to achieving objectives
  • Profound experience in methodically managing sales funnels
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Persuasive personality with the ability to win people over
  • International travel is required
  • Full business proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Driving Licence B
