What you'll be doing:
- Work with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders to set and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
- Own and deliver on product and business objectives;
- Identify the biggest problems to solve and ruthlessly prioritize them. Drive new feature development from start to finish;
- Partner with Design to run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to develop deep customer empathy and inform product direction;
- Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for your products. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions;
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, company, to users, press, etc.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of direct product management experience;
- Strong bias toward data-based decision-making;
- Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way;
- Ability to build products that require coordination across various teams;
- Instinctive product instincts with an ability to balance user and business impact;
- Willingness to learn and keep developing yourself (growth mindset).
