The Quality Manager sits on the Clinical Operations team, reporting to the Director of Quality, Training and Enablement and is a critical and highly visible driver of the continuous development of our member experience. This role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, process design and management, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate has a metrics mindset and a strong background in quality assurance and operations, preferably within clinical settings.
What You'll Own:
- Member Outcomes: Evaluate the Clinical Operations Team’s workflows to ensure compliance to quality standards and the delivery of a high quality of care to our members
- Risk Management: Design and manage quality assurance processes - including auditing, analysis and reporting - that guide the development of policies and quality standards, and integrate risk management into business processes
- Execution: Ideate and design processes, tools and frameworks that scale and drive excellence in the delivery of care to our members; implement and manage solutions to accelerate our member outcomes
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Clinical and Regulatory Affairs teams, Product and others to implement and manage quality assurance processes
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum experience requirements: 5 years experience managing and scaling business operations. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in a highly regulated industry. Start-up and digital health experience are a plus.

- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Can navigate organization and drive solutions to clinical, operational or business challenges; effectively uses data to persuade
- Prioritization: Can navigate ambiguous situations and balance competing demands and deliver results in times of constant change
