Who We're Looking For
Sword Health is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our marketing team as our Digital Marketing Manager, Acquisition. This individual will support our Enterprise Marketing team by scaling a variety of performance marketing channels, supporting media buys, and executing campaigns that deliver net new Sales pipeline. This role requires an independent self-starter who can develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and is eager to contribute to a team of world-class marketers.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies that grow Sword’s new business pipeline for Sales handoff.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including search, paid social, podcasts, video, affiliates, CTV, OOH, and partnerships.
• Design and implement an A/B testing framework to optimize campaigns and support ongoing growth.
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer journey and strategically align media channels while refining high impact audience targeting.
• Regularly share updates on paid marketing strategies, performance, and insights to cross-functional and executive teams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy to support marketing objectives, generate leads, and drive engagement.
• Create ABM playbooks that combine online and offline channels to drive awareness and conversions among target accounts.
• Support overseeing partner agencies to accelerate the growth of channels such as SEO, content syndication, etc.
What You Need To Have
• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing for an agency, technology company or similar.
• Proven expertise in leveraging paid marketing platforms across various channels (ie paid social and search).
• Data driven, with a strong knack for leveraging insights to inform and optimize campaigns.
• Proven track record of user growth and engagement.
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively.
• Creative/strategic thinker - constantly pushing growth marketing boundaries and eager to test new channels.
• Ability to manage and report out topline/executive updates while getting one's hands dirty on day-to-day activities.
• Collaborative with team members within & across US/international cities.
• Experience and desire to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
