As Head of Marketing, you will be part of the team scaling Bloom. Bloom is the most innovative digital pelvic-health solution, connecting women and individuals with vaginal anatomy to the next generation of pelvic-health care from the comfort, convenience, and privacy of home. It was developed by Sword Health under the belief that physical location should never limit access to clinical-grade care.
Bloom’s focus on building best-in-class Women’s Pelvic Therapy offerings has set us up to rapidly scale growth. While the primary focus of the Head of Marketing will be growth and lifetime value for members, this marketing leader will also be responsible for building and shaping an authentic and beloved brand in women’s health and wellness space. This is a highly strategic full-stack marketing role that requires highly analytical, strategic, and tactical, with the ability to design a plan and then execute on it.
You will possess a player-coach mentality and be equally excited to lead and manage as you are to optimize digital and multi-platform campaigns when needed. As the Head of Marketing, you will be the owner of the the marketing performance for Bloom, mainly on the B2C side (both acquisition & retention) as well as on the B2B side.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement innovative, data-driven growth strategies across all channels to acquire new users and retain existing ones, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  • User Acquisition: Utilize a combination of paid and organic channels to drive user acquisition, constantly optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and user behavior.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead a team marketers to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Brand Building: Collaborate with the central marketing and design teams to strengthen the Bloom brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.
  • B2B Demand Generation: Partner with the central B2B Marketing and Commercial teams to drive demand generation, prospects and future partnerships and support attendance at workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and user experience enhancements.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital health and pelvic-health space, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the growth marketing team, promoting quick and excellent execution, collaboration and innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improves lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with strong background in Growth marketing
  • Experience in both early stage (scrappy, get stuff done mentality) and later stage (ability to make stuff happen through influence)
  • Experience in both B2B2C and B2C marketing preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way
  • Clear, concise, and thorough written and oral communication skills
  • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
  • Experience building & leading high performance teams
