What you'll be doing:
- Drive improvements to our operations: member engagement, capacity, efficiency, quality etc.;
- Partner with other teams at SWORD (Finance, Recruiting) to build and execute on cross-functional strategies;
- Find opportunities for process improvement to help scale seamlessly our operations by 10x+;
- Collaborate with product to develop effective tools that facilitate our rock-star engagement team’s work;
- Design, create, and improve the tools & dashboards we use to run our operations;
- Oversee the transition of manual tasks to AI, optimizing operational workflows;
- Assist in the development and execution of member engagement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention;
- Participate in the continuous evaluation and optimization of engagement processes and practices.
What you need to have:
- Experience in customer service, member engagement, or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decisions;
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement platforms;
- Knowledge of AI and automation processes for operational efficiency.
