As a Junior Accounts Payable your primary responsibility will be to support the AP Team on different administrative and accounting tasks to ensure they are up-to-date and to support the smooth operation of all activities related to Finance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Invoice Posting:
  • - Upload documents into systems (when applicable).
  • Documentation Keeping:
  • - Responsible for getting and keeping all the statutory documentation saved physically and virtually;
    - Document all the accounts payable team processes.
  • Accounts Payable:
  • - Support Vendor aging and reconciliation;
    - Support Internal and External queries.
  • Analytics:
  • - Supports ad-hoc analysis;
    - Support reconciliation of open items with the operations team.

What you need to have:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken);
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Team Player.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis;
  • Analytical Skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience to investigate and resolve discrepancies;
  • Self-improvement driven;
  • Good Communication skills, oral and written.
