- User Acquisition: Utilize a combination of paid and organic channels to drive user acquisition, constantly optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and user behavior.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Brand Building: Collaborate with the central marketing and design teams to create a new brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and user experience enhancements.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the mental health space, adapting strategies accordingly.
What you need to have:
- A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improves lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis;
- 12+ years of relevant marketing experience, with strong background in digital marketing;
- Experience in both early stage (scrappy, get stuff done mentality) and later stage (ability to make stuff happen through influence);
- Experience in B2B2C;
- A highly creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and compelling campaigns that captivate and engage diverse audiences;
- Strong storyteller skills with the ability to develop messaging that get customers’ attention and build brands that people love;
- Ability to handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way;
