Sword is looking for a skilled and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team. The perfect candidate will have a strong background and a proven track record of effectively leading and managing projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate the implementation and customization of add-on modules (e.g. Billing, Tax, Payment Tokenization, Customer Portal, etc.);
  • Perform NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, and reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, employee access management, and financial reporting support;
  • Develop new functionality to meet business needs while maintaining a scalable system;
  • Document and gain consensus on any new requirements of the business;
  • Proactively assess upgrades/releases and manage/communicate any potential impact or implications of scheduled releases on the Business;
  • Create and execute a test plan and tests in Sandbox to be utilized prior to upgrades, ensuring all functionality works as expected and without interruption;
  • Maintain system documentation on the implemented processes;
  • Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform, including integration with complimentary add-ons.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration;
  • ​​5-7 years of previous experience on configuration, administration and/or development with NetSuite;
  • Team player, with a collaborative communication focus;
  • Effectively prioritize work across competing requests;
  • Experience using forms, fields and workflows;
  • Experience creating dashboards and custom workflows in NetSuite;
  • Demonstrated understanding of ERP/CRM/PLM processes and business knowledge of NetSuite;
  • Understand and leverage third-party APIs, components, and system integrations;
  • Proficiency in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.JS;
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services, JSON, and XML;
  • Experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler.
