We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Associate to support the Chief of Staff of Thrive, Bloom, and Move – our three core solutions at the company. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting the Chief of Staff in managing and aligning the efforts of the three teams to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects across Thrive, Bloom, and Move;
- Supporting the Chief of Staff with planning, prioritization, and follow-through on key strategic objectives;
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement;
- Conducting research, preparing materials, and drafting communications to inform decision-making and support leadership;
- Enhancing process efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and operations;
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment and transparency;
- Helping organize and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentations, and documenting outcomes.
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role, such as strategy consulting / corporate strategy, business development or operations, in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages;
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.

- Familiarity with the healthcare or technology sectors;
- A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure;
- Passion for improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a mission-driven organization;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related areas.
