You’ll join a highly collaborative IT team that globally supports employees across the company. We value teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning. This role is designed to help you build your skills with mentorship from more senior team members while directly contributing to smoother day-to-day IT operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests;
  • Provide end-user support (hardware, software, and access issues);
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations;
  • Assist with the setup and repair of computer equipment;
  • Support IT team members on enterprise applications and IT projects;
  • Help with mobile device management (MDM) under supervision;
  • Document IT procedures and processes to build internal knowledge;
  • Contribute ideas to improve support processes and end-user experience.

What you need to have:

  • Degree in IT or related field (or some equivalent practical experience);
  • Strong interest in IT support and operations; eager to learn and grow;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Environment;
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems and follow procedures;
  • Good communication skills — able to support non-technical users in a clear and friendly way;
  • Organized, proactive, and curious to explore new technologies.
