What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategy & Performance Management: Develop actionable analysis and insights that connect the dots across data sources, using advanced analytics to drive key decisions in performance management and operational innovation;
  • Ops Program & Model Design (AI-driven): Collaborate on the design and roll-out of new operational programs and models addressing complex, end-to-end challenges. Work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering partners to reimagine existing workflows;
  • Process & Tech Innovation within Operations: Identify, evaluate, and introduce forward-looking process improvements and technological solutions to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and support clinical and operational excellence;
  • Pilot Testing & Scaling: Lead pilot initiatives with structured experimentation and execute successful post-pilot scaling across teams;
  • Data-Driven Continuous Improvement: Identify and act on opportunities using analytics to assess impact, define KPIs, and continuously iterate on workflows and system design;
  • Cross-Functional Connector: Act as a connector between Ops, Product, and AI teams ensuring mutual understanding of operational needs and technical opportunities.

What you need to have:

  • 4+ years in operations, strategy, or product roles within high-growth, technology-enabled environments;
  • Demonstrated autonomy, strong analytical skills, and capacity for critical thinking. Comfortable owning and executing initiatives end-to-end;
  • Experience using analytics and data tools (Looker, SQL, advanced spreadsheets) to drive decision-making and continuous improvement;
  • Ability to translate operational needs into technical or process requirements and partner closely with technical teams;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple programs at once;
  • Clear, concise communication skills with ability to influence across diverse teams;
  • A passion for experimentation, curiosity about new technologies, and a proactive approach to solving problems for patients and users.
